Our pizza was a 12 inch size and more than sufficient for our appetites.Golden Tree Restaurants LLC, a Richardson-based restaurant investment group, on Feb. Fireside Pies (817) 416-1285 We make ordering easy. Salads can either be 1/2 serving, more than generous for the two of us, or whole serving. The pizza disc was thin and crisp very flavorful. We ordered the Triple Roni Pizza a Pepperoni Pizza with Mozzarella. This seemed really strange but this Rose was delightfully flavorful, no taste of can at all, cool, and crisp! Very helpful in our selections and knowledgeable in the menu choices. We were promptly seated by a friendly young lady and then greeted by our server, Leslie, shortly thereafter. The dining room is a large, wide open area with the bar and the open kitchen located off to the back of the room. We happened on Fireside Pizza and were not disappointed. We were looking for a good pizza place, not the usual run of the mill chains, for dinner.
